845 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 845 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of the services we offer.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 845 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue your use of the 845 platform.

Use of the 845 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current. 845 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with this requirement.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register only one account on the 845 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 845 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you are required to notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

Users are prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring accounts to another party, or using another person's account. Any attempt to manipulate the system, use automated software (bots), or exploit platform vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Payments, Transactions and Currency

All financial transactions on the 845 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and sourced from lawful origins.

Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed except under specific circumstances approved by 845 management. Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established procedures and may require additional identity verification before approval. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

845 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of service. In such cases, 845 reserves the right to freeze the account and report to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 845 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 845 makes no warranty that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or inaccuracies. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 845 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of this platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 845 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, user interfaces, and software code, is the exclusive property of 845 or its licensors. Any copying, distribution, republication, or commercial use of this content without written authorisation from 845 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links

Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

845 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance may be frozen temporarily until the investigation is concluded. If no breach is found, funds will be returned in accordance with standard procedures. Should a breach be established, however, 845 reserves the right to withhold those funds in accordance with applicable law.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 845 support team. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned once the verification process is complete. For any account-related enquiries, please check our FAQ page us first.

845 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Continued use of the 845 platform after any changes to the terms have been published constitutes full acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
